How to enter the lucky draw?

Every completed order or reservation through Oddle from 9 – 28 February 2022 is automatically entitled to one chance at the lucky draw.

The lucky draw will be conducted within 2 weeks from the end of the promotion campaign. The 3 winners will be contacted directly via email or phone, and will be announced on our website and social media. See full terms and conditions below.

Full Terms and Conditions

1. This lucky draw is organised by The Oddle Company Pte Ltd. (“Oddle”). Employees and agents of
   Oddle engaged in connection with the development or operation of the lucky draw are not eligible to enter the lucky draw. Persons below the age of 18 are required to obtain their parents’ consent before participating in the lucky draw, and confirm to the organizing team that such consent has been given, by their participation in the lucky draw. The organizing team reserves the right to not allow participation by any person, at its discretion. Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring that participating in this lucky draw is not illegal or prohibited by the laws or regulations of any country relevant or applicable to the participant. The organizing team reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible person from winning a prize and/or substitute another person as the winner in the event that the organizing team in its absolute discretion believes that the particular person may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring the organizing team into disrepute. In the event the prize has already been awarded to such a person, the prize must be returned to the organizing team at such person’s cost and expense.
   
2. The Lucky Draw is open to all Oddle customers (“Customers”). Oddle may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the Lucky Draw.
   
3. To qualify for the Lucky Draw, Customers will have to complete one of the following activities during the Qualifying Period,
   a) Delivery Order = 1 chance
   b) Takeaway Order = 1 chance
   c) Reservation = 1 chance
   d) Valentine’s Day Reservation Ticket Experience purchase = 1 chance
   
4. The opening date for entries is 12:00 AM on 9 February 2022. The closing date of the lucky draw is 23:59 PM on 28 February 2020. Order or reservations made after this period will not be eligible for the lucky draw.
   
5. Oddle accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
   
6. 3 winners will be chosen by random draw within 2 weeks of promotion period at The Oddle Company premises. (“Draw Date”).
   
7. One winner will receive one prize respectively with no exchange entertained.

9. The winners will be notified by telephone via email, call or SMS (using details provided at entry) and must respond to Oddle. If a winner does not respond to Oddle within 2 days of being notified, or fails to comply with any instructions specified by Oddle, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Oddle will be entitled to select another winner in accordance
   with the process described above.

9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. See below for the list of block out dates and hotel booking validity conditions.

   – Valid for 6 months from date of issue and extension of validity will not be allowed
   – Non-accumulative, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, other products or service
   – Not to be used in conjunction with other loyalty programs, discounts, promotions or offers
   – Not valid unless duly signed by an authorized signatory
   – Not valid if altered or tampered with in any way
   – Not valid on eve of and on Public Holidays or black-out dates subjected to management’s decision.
   – Not valid for use of any promotional giveaways, contests or marketing purposes
   – Original gift certificate has to be presented to our Front Desk upon check-in

   – Christmas : 24 – 25 December 2022
   – Year-End Festive : 31 December 2022
   
   Oddle expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the prizes. In the event that the prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole
   responsibility of the winner.
   
10. Oddle reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize if circumstances beyond Oddle’s control makes it necessary to do so.
    
11. The decision of Oddle regarding any aspect of the lucky draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
    
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Oddle reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
    
13. Oddle reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the lucky draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
    
14. Oddle, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize or participation in this lucky draw except where it is caused by the negligence of Oddle, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to indemnify Oddle against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his or her participation in this lucky draw.
    
15. By entering the lucky draw, participants agree and acknowledge that all personal data submitted may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed or otherwise used by Oddle and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the lucky draw and is subject to Oddle Data Protection Policy and Oddle General Terms & Conditions. Participants consent to and authorize Oddle to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to the participants, any of their names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by written law).

17. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with this lucky draw, in particular that relating to the prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Oddle and its affiliates and contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their relevant affiliates.
