1. Alegria: Exquisite Latin-Asian cuisine like no other
Alegria, a Latin-Asian restaurant opened by Filipino actress Dimples Romana, infuses Latin cuisine with the flavours of her homeland. If you’re quite the adventurer, you’ll be WOW-ed by their dishes, all thanks to ingredients and flavours from a vast array of culinary cultures.
Gather your loved ones and treat yourselves to their unique fusion fare wherever you are. Indulge in the Feijoada ($33), which marries savoury pork belly, black beans and edamame, with sweet burnt oranges and grapes. Or the Conxinha ($16.50), pulled chicken croquettes complete with wasabi aioli. Don’t miss out on their attractive Sets ($132 for 2 pax, $198 for 4 pax, $275 for 6 pax), which include a full course meal, covering appetizers, mains to desserts. You are guaranteed to have your meal gatherings sorted out!
2. Corner House: Say “bonjour” to epicurean French-Asian fare
Serving contemporary seasonal cuisine that is designed to be dynamic and ever-changing to adapt to the seasons, Corner House‘s delicacies are to be relished.
Enjoy their selection of dishes showcasing their original French-Asian cuisine, and have a dining experience like none other with their new Takeaway and Delivery menu. For one, the Signature Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Striploin ($78) offers two different ways of enjoying in within a single plate. Enjoy yours in the style of grilled sukiyaki and accompanied by broth, ochazuke-style. If you are spoilt for choice, opt for their Indulgence Set (from $298 for 2 pax) and the Communal Set ($588 for 4 pax). Comes with Signature Black Pepper Lobster Capellini & Grilled Zucchini, Suckling pig “lechon” style, and more delights.
3. Fat Belly Alternative Steakhouse: First in Singapore for unique beef cuts
What beef cuts do you normally enjoy? Tenderloin? Ribs? Sirloin? With Fat Belly Alternative Steakhouse, get ready to experience a brand new world. You can now enjoy lesser-known cuts of beef at Singapore’s first alternative steakhouse, which take an unorthodox approach by sourcing out uncommon cuts of meat. This casual fine-dining restaurant showcases an ever-rotating list of secondary cuts of beef, sourced from the best farms from all over the world.
Expect only the best-marbled steak cuts, including tri-trip and deckle. Great for sharing, opt for their Wagyu Zabuton for 2 ($168) or Wagyu Deckle & Denver for 2 ($180), which include 2 sides like Pomme Puree, Charred Broccolini, Truffle Fries and Sauteed Thyme Mushroom. It also comes with your choice of dessert, ranging from Signature Tiramisu to Basque Burnt Cheesecake and Sticky Date Pudding. For larger groups, order their specially curated Wagyu Taster Meal for 4 ($280) for a great time with people who truly matter.
4. Humpback: Have a whale of time with their food and your loved ones
All inspired by a trip to the Hama Hama Oyster Farm in the Pacific Northwest, Humpback brings you a medley of beautiful fresh flavors. Expect the best from the sea and land, with ever-evolving flavours to sample from as the seasons change.
Harvested with hands dipped in the coldest estuary of the region, Fresh Oysters ($95 for 18 pcs) will be delivered wherever you are. Comes with garnishes like mignonette sauce, grated horseradish and lemon wedges. Not only do they offer fresh oysters, but they also offer a wide selection of delectable delights like Tuna Tartare ($27), Grilled Octopus ($33), Iberico Pork Loin ($55), and many more. What’s more, they provide islandwide delivery so you and your loved ones can stay safe. Yes, it’s time to sit back and have the freshness of the sea brought to you, for a whale of a time in the comfort of your home.
5. Jekyll & Hyde: Modern takes on Singaporean cuisine
Serving soul food and whimsical signature cocktails, you’re in for a great time with Jekyll & Hyde. Enjoy Mod-Sin cuisine from Chef Alvin Tan, the former head chef at Shanghai Dolly and Straits Clan! Taking comforting Singaporean cuisine and elevating it to a new level (and not to forget their amazing booze), it’s a true treat.
Jekyll & Hyde has an array of specially curated sets for 2 to 6, which includes their Signature Hainanese Pork Chop, Wagyu Char Kuay Teow and Chef Alvin’s Sambal. For a date night, order their Sharing for 2 ($80.25) set, which also includes Chili Crab Nachos. As for a family night, opt for their Caring for 4 ($133.75), which also consists of Chicken Tikka, Omni Dumplings, Indo Goreng 101. Having a bigger gathering? Go for their Loving for 6 ($197.95), which includes their Mr Hyde’s Satay, Chili Crab Nachos, Chicken Tikka, Omni Dumplings, Indo Goreng 101 and Lu Rou Fan.

6. Kotuwa: Bringing the sights, sounds and tastes of Sri Lanka to you
Named after the central business district of Sri Lanka’s capital, Kotuwa also means “fort” in Sinhalese, a reminder of the ancient landmarks built by Sri Lankan kings. Chef Rishi Naleendra pays homage to his own Sri Lankan heritage with his restaurant.
Embodying Sri Lanka’s vibrant and generous dining culture, their menu showcases bright and creative dishes that celebrate the country’s heritage flavours and cooking techniques. From famous Sri Lankan eats like Mutton Rolls ($14), to a myriad of curries like Kaju Curry ($16), as well as housemade sambols and preserves, you can look forward to spicing up your time at home. For mains, the Isso Devil ($34), prawns stir-fried with ginger, green chilli and tomatoes, are not to be missed. Delivery is only available from Tuesdays to Sundays, with pre-orders starting every Monday. Be sure to order in advance!
7. KULTO: A taste of Spain’s best in your home
Born and bred in Rioja, Spain, Head Chef José Alonso helms KULTO‘s kitchen and brings the best of Spain to Singapore’s dining scene. Inspired by his own heritage, culture, and philosophy of letting good quality products speak for themselves, every plate closely resembles the traditional renditions of the dish.
Savour their Singapore-flaired Grilled Prawns, Garlic, Chili & Homemade Sambal ($26), Seafood Paella (from $35), and many others. If you are unsure of what to pick from their wide selection of dishes, choose from their specially curated Sets. Indulge in their Tapas for 2 ($88 for 2 pax). 8. Ninja Chirashi: Affordable yet top-quality Chirashi dons
Looking for affordable and quality Chirashi dons? Ninja Chirashi is your answer. Serving only top-grade, locally sourced sashimi and seafood, be prepared to be surprised by their delicious seafood dishes.
Ninja Chirashi Don ($10.90) Kabayaki Unagi Don ($17.50)
Famous for their value-for-money Chirashi dons, you will be surprised by their amazing selection. For the classics, choose from their Ninja Chirashi Don ($10.90), Truffle Chirashi Don ($13.10) and Ninja Lord ($21.90). If you don’t fancy raw fish, opt for their Kabayaki Unagi Don ($17.50) or Tori Karage Don ($10.90).
9. Odette: A 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, inspired by a grandmother’s labour of love
Odette, helmed by Chef Julien Royer, was inspired by his grandmother. Chef learned how to make the most remarkable dishes from the simplest, purest ingredients, and like his grandmother, believes in preparing food with a genuine sincerity that excites the palate and fills the heart. Certainly, Odette’s MICHELIN-starred status is a testament to his ingenious creations.
From entrees like La Truffade ($38) and Signature Odette Sourdough ‘Terre D’Auvergne’ & Brittany Butter ($28), to mains like Blue Lobster Bouillabaisse ($118) and Burgaud Duck ‘Apicius’ (from $118 for 2-4 pax), as well Artisan Cheeses & Condiments ($48) for small bites, you can be sure to satisfy all your cravings for fine French cuisine at home. 10. Omoté: Modern Japanese restaurant specialising in donburis
Inspired by flavours from around the world, Omoté serves up Japanese cuisine with unique contemporary accents. Every menu is thoughtfully curated to delight the senses, broadening the horizons of fusion fare. With just 12 seats when they opened in 2015, it has grown to accomodate 180 diners in 2018.

In 1956, the Founder of Chili Crab, Mr. Lim Choon Ngee, started his seafood restaurant along the Kallang River with just a couple of kerosene lamps, wooden tables and stools. Now, Roland Restaurant is the place to go to for quality seafood, tim sum, and Cantonese-style zi char.
Their specialties include, of course, Singapore’s renowned national dish, the Chilli Crab ($98 for 2 500g crabs). Best accompanied by their Crusty French loaf to dip into the chilli crab gravy. 13. Tapas,24: Unforgettable Spanish gastronomy by a Michelin-starred chef
Tapas,24 is the first Asian outpost of the iconic Barcelonian concept, created by Michelin-starred Chef Carles Abellán. Paying tribute to Barcelona’s laidback counter-culture, the all-day restaurant-bar offers sublime tapas that you won’t ever forget.
Perfect for group celebrations, intimate date nights, or a couple of Sangria sundowners, they’ve got you covered for all your occasions. Begin your meal with starters like Olive Marinadas ($10) and the “Tapas 24” Bikini Sandwich ($16). How about some Cold Stupid Ramen ($68 for 2-3 pax)? Yes, that’s the name, and you heard that right! This soupless ramen is one of their top favourites. Cold thin noodles with seasoning sauce, Lobster, King Crab, Amaebi, Uni, Ikura, Truffle Kombu, you and your loved ones are promised a jolly time together. Don’t be surprised by some of their takes on local dishes like their Torasho Pork “Bak Chor Mee” ($14), Bah Kut Teh ($38), and many more.
