And the restaurant hasn&#8217;t even opened for the day yet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The restaurant&#8217;s popularity comes at no surprise, with their large variety of dim sum, ranging from traditional recipes such as Fish Roe with Siew Mai and Xiao Long Bao, to instagrammable innovations such as their Little Twin Piglet Pau and Panda Pau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" src=\"https:\/\/feeds.oddle.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/ezgif.com-gif-maker-30.gif\" alt=\"delivered islandwide in Singapore powered by Oddle.\" class=\"wp-image-2102\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The person behind these fun, eye-catching dim sum is Chef Jun Cheang, who helms the kitchen at Yum Cha Restaurant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve always had a penchant for traditional food,&#8221; shares Jun Cheang. When he was just 16 years old, he began working at a factory making dim sum. From then on, he was plunged into the culinary world, eager to gain more experience and exposure from different food establishments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><em>&#8220;To be honest, I never imagined that I could be Head Chef at a dim sum restaurant one day.
