It all started on a London rooftop in 2011; four schoolmates came up with the simplest of ideas - a restaurant where the focus was just two ingredients – burger and lobster – done really well. From that first-ever Burger & Lobster, born in a small Irish pub in Mayfair, it’s fair to say we’ve grown – you can now find us across London, as well as in New York, Dubai, Bangkok, Malaysia, Kuwait and here in Singapore.

Wonderfully Juicy
'The lobster roll is stuffed to the brim with chunks of chilled lobster meat. Dressed in a thin but creamy Japanese mayo, each morsel of lobster is beautifully plump, carefully extracted from its hard shell. Burger & Lobster got the golden ratio of bread and lobster down to a T. Every bite starts with a buttery fragrance from the brioche bun, followed by a burst of flavour from the lobster meat. The chunks are wonderfully juicy, with a natural sweetness emanating from the liquid.'

Delicious and nothing like I've ever had
'The brioche roll might not look like much, but it was delicious and unlike anything we ever had. Even though Burger & Lobster toasts it on both sides, the roll was pillowy soft. It had a prominent buttery flavour which we simply couldn’t get enough of. The warm toasted roll also made a good contrast with the cool and juicy lobster meat too.'

So good
'All lobster rolls come in a toasted brioche bun. The Original Roll ($40) is lobster with Japanese mayo & lemon served with fries and salad. Diners should appreciate the contrast between the crispy and fragrantly-warm brioche bun, with the colder sweet lobster chunks.'
