Sandwiched between two perfectly cooked brioche buns, the Impossible meat patty, vegan cheddar cheese and pickles offer the perfect bite. Juicy and (vegan) meaty, these patties are worth doubling up if you’re feeling particularly ravenous. Alternatively, pair an Impossible patty with a mushroom one and you’ll get the Mushroom Cheese burger ($17).'

'They also have a fun rendition of our famous street burger, the Ramly burger, as a Vegan “Ramli” (S$15). In replacement of real egg, there’s an eggless frittata, and a unique sauce made of two different sauces, garlic aioli and sweet-sour, tangy BBQ sauce.
The eggless frittata made this burger more filling than I’d anticipated, and I could imagine myself enjoying this as a brunch burger. While you’d think that a vegan burger has little flavour, this vegan version of a Ramly burger packed plenty.'
