At Wrap Bstrd, we’re taking the concept of wrapped food and give it some local flavour, wherever local is. With diversity in the modern culinary climate, we’re spanning the international cuisine scene, taking plated dishes that are popular favourites - from Satay to Salmon - and sticking it in a convenient wrap. Sounds easy? F*** no. Working with a bunch of ingredients that were meant to be on a stationary plate ain’t no walk in the park, but they don’t call me the Bstrd for nothing. We’ve bastardised these dishes to be both wrap-compatible and taste-compatible without using any chemicals or molecular gastronomy bullsh*t. We’re going old school with this, sticking with classic cooking techniques to recreate these dishes from the ground up.
