Ciel Pâtisserie is about pure, unadulterated goodness in your favourite sweets. Ciel Pâtisserie was born out of the belief that good desserts need not be fancy or pricey; Good desserts should simply taste heavenly. In fact, it is the simple desserts that are often the most wholesome and deeply satisfying. That is why we are called 'ciel', pronounciation [see-el] and French for 'sky' or 'heaven' - because we believe this is where everyone can truly have a slice of heaven! Desserts such as Cheesecakes, Tarts, Shortcakes and Madeleines, as well as savoury quiches are our staples, but we have more (and new items)!
