Hadi grew up in a kitchen that was filled with the aroma of his mom’s cooking. Fuelled by his love for his heritage, he followed in his mom’s footsteps. With recipes passed down from his mother, and alongside his wife, Afiza, Istimewa Nasi Padang is now in its 35th year of serving up authentic, home-cooked Malay cuisine.
