Jin Ji Braised Duck & Kway Chap is helmed by second-generation owner, Melvin Chew. Here, Teochew traditional kway chap is served in the form of innovative, Japanese-inspired bento sets and ramen. He is also the founder of Hawkers United, an initiative that he started during the circuit breaker via Facebook. The group has since grown into a full-blown repository, where fellow hawkers can advertise their stalls.
