With a rich history dating back to 1939, Ka-Soh is widely known to be the pioneer of fish soup in Singapore. Prior to Ka-Soh, Cedric Tang, its third-generation owner, was battling depression whilst managing his corporate job.

After things took a turn for the worst with his dad's health, Cedric decided to step into the business full-time and carry on his family’s legacy. He now looks towards Ka-Soh as his sanctuary, a place he is able to push himself "one step after another".
