Meat lovers would do well with the fork-tender tandoori lamb chops, which come with an onion-tomato sauce on the side that you can mop up with naan, chapati or tandoori paratha.'

'Tandoori Milawat ($42), a Tandoori mixed grill featuring succulent chicken tikka, plump tiger prawns, tender lamb and mustard-infused fish. The prawns, marinated with garlic and a spice mix that includes turmeric and red chili powder, were absolutely delicious.'
