Teochew cuisine is traditionally known for its healthiness and freshness of its food especially the seafood dishes. The use of light flavoring and seasoning are the signatory of Teochew culinary, which seeks to bring out the natural essence of the ingredients used. Serving not just seafood delicacies, Swatow Seafood Restaurant also offers handmade Hong Kong dim sum.
