'We tried an item from the Asian section – Kimchi Fried Rice ($26). It was served paella-style in a hot metal pan. The topping of kimchi was spicy and provided a nice contrast with the other typical brunch items. The beef and soft egg toppings enhanced the dish further'

'The Miso Lobster ($34) is one newest item being recommended to try, which contains chunks of lobster meat in tobiko and miso mayo with cucumber and red radish on sesame bun. It is quite a Japanese inspired dish, I though. I will definitely call this the new version of lobster roll, which is quite passé for now in my opinion. Beneath the lobster sandwich is a huge load of addictive Paprika shoestring fries.'

'Delightful in both its flavour and texture, the Spicy Sriracha Chicken Burger (S$24++) assaults the several fronts. First, you get the crunch from the perfectly deep-fried spiced chicken patty before succulent juices come oozing out, followed by the tangy kick from the Sriracha mayo which nicely complements the rich notes of the blue cheese.'
