'This noodle soup dish may just โbringโ you back to Hong Kong. Made with thin and perfectly springy Hong Kong-style noodles, this soup is loaded with Chinese spices and deep beef flavours. Sharing equal billing with the noodles are the specially-selected chunks of beef and tendons, braised for 3 hours until melt-in-your-mouth tender. It is the special Tim Ho Wan sauce that adds the X factor to this dish, plus the perfect tendons which took the chefs 2 months to source out. Served with pak choy on the side for a touch a green.'

A Must Try
'Biting into the crispy sugary skin breaking apart to reveal savoury char siew brought me to wonderland for a few seconds. Traditional Char Siew Bao is with steamed white skin but this was more like when a Bo Lo bao ่ ่ฟๅ and a Char siew bao got married and had a beautiful, delicious baby. This was in my opinion the best dim sum I had at Tim Ho Wan.'

'We also have the must eat item in Tim Ho Wan โ Baked BBQ Pork Buns (5.80). They were delicious and definitely the most enjoyable dish of the meal. The signature Baked BBQ Pork Buns is now slightly more expensive because they are again hand made.'
