Known for the creation of our national dish, chilli crab, Roland Restaurant has been serving their signature Chilli Crabs since 1956. Since then, they’ve been working on their recipe to become the origin of the worldwide culinary phenomenon that is Chilli Crab now. Besides Chilli Crab, Roland is also popular for other seafood dishes such as Black Sauce Prawns and Crispy Baby Squids. Located right next to East Coast Park, the restaurant has a typical old-school Chinese banquet setting that will invoke nostalgia in you. 2. Cafe Melba
Although not exactly in East Coast Park, Cafe Melba is a popular restaurant for the park-goers due to its delicious cafe fare.
