If you haven’t been to Japan, we’d like to think Ichiban Boshi is a good place to start. Clinching 1st place under the Best Japanese Food category, they align themselves perfectly with contemporary Japanese cuisine, serving up dishes with quality and finesse. How about trying the quirky Dragon Roll ($22.36) features jumbo tiger prawn, salmon, lettuce, black flying fish roe & mayonnaise. Yum.
A pricey rendition proved worthy by claiming the title of the Best Nasi Lemak in the Oddle Eats Awards, a.k.a The Coconut Club. From Nasi Lemak’s that cost $4 to their Chicken Leg Set which costs a whopping $16.30! But seeing how they swept the charts this Awards, rest assured the price of your nasi lemak will deem worthy of sitting on the dining table rather than making u go alamak!
Another Japanese restaurant but hey, we can’t complain when it’s IPPUDO in the hot seat. Earning the title of the Best Ramen / Noddle restaurant, fans of the popular Japan chain will contest that their tonkatsu broth is simply one of a kind. Hop on a trip to J-town starting with the Akamaru Shinaji Ramen ($17.35).
If you haven’t heard of Dian Xiao Er, well – where have you been? The herbal-infused roast ducks are stellar and it’s no surprise they’ve won the title of Best Roast Duck in the Oddle Eats Awards. Perfect for the ultimate feast with family, make sure you add the Duck Roasted with Angelica Herb (from $18.08) into your cart!
Honouring the title of the best Chili Crab in Singapore, JUMBO Seafood is leaving no one shell-shocked from its win. The freshness of their seafood accompanied with the flavours of the local sauces exudes perfection. It may be pricey, but it’s definitely worth the hype. The JUMBO Signature Black Pepper Crab (from $83) always makes a grand dish at any event.
What a close win in the Best Western Casual Dining category! Peperoni Pizzeria has surely won the hearts of many and boy do people really love their pizzas. Have a pizza party with friends and family over flavours like Burrata & Proscuitto, Frutti Di Mare and more.
Last but not least, Keng Eng Kee takes first place for Best Zi Char! The team behind the scenes works hard to serve up authentic zi char delicacies such as their famous Moonlight Horfun (at just $9!) promising that strong wok hei taste.
