Changi Satay was opened by Kak Yati in 1991 and has since blossomed into a staple presence in the famous Changi Village Hawker Center. Kak Yati’s satay recipe has seen many refinements throughout her journey as a hawker and has been moulded by her experiences and customers’ tastes.   Kak Yati has always insisted that quality produce and hardwork will create a skewer that sings to the hearts of customers. Since inception till today, all skewers have been handmade with love by our dedicated team of makciks.
