We strive to continuously serve our loyal customers quality dishes at reasonable prices. Our restaurant specialises in Fu Zhou cuisine. Fuzhou is the capital of Fujian province, China. Because of Fuzhou’s location along the coastal line, this cuisine is one that is more seafood and soup-based. Our all-time customers’ favourite is our Red Wine Chicken Soup, made from red lees and fermented rice. Other popular dishes include Fried Pig’s Liver, Seafood Soup and White Rice Cake. For special occasions, Fish Ball with Meat Fillings Soup is usually served. With our dishes, we’d like to preserve our familiar style and heritage as we believe that good food has no boundaries – handed down through generations while we move along in the future.
