Founded in 2008 by brothers Chef Loris and Giuseppe Massimini, Ristorante Pietrasanta was inspired by their hometown of Pietrasanta in Tuscany, Italy - a place where food, art, and community come together. In 2013, family friend Niccolò Bertolini joined the team, strengthening our dedication to creating authentic Italian dining experiences. From our beginnings at Portsdown Road to our current home in One-North, we've stayed true to our mission: serving honest Tuscan food, carefully curated wines, and creating an atmosphere where every guest feels like family.
