Roast duck is a quintessential dish in the Chinese cuisine that needs little intro-duck-tion. You’ll see it on almost every Chinese restaurant’s menu, and on the lazy Susan if you’re at a Chinese banquet. Nevertheless, mastering this seemingly straightforward dish isn’t an easy feat. But not to worry. We’ve done some digging and found 11 Roast Duck Deliveries In Singapore, delivering islandwide, that you can satisfy your duck cravings with.

Duck meat can easily turn out to be dry and a jaw workout if it’s not expertly prepared, but it won’t be the case if you order from these restaurants!

1. Kai Duck by Kai Garden

Kai Duck by Kai Garden is a relatively new concept which specialises in contemporary Cantonese casual dining.

It’s the brainchild of Hong Kong-born owner and Group Executive Chef Fung Chi Keung who has over 30 years of experience with the Cantonese cuisine. As such, you can be sure it’s the real deal!

烧鸭 Roasted Duck (from $34)

Their signature 烧鸭 Roasted Duck ($82) boasts succulent meat with perfectly thin and crispy skin. Just the gentlest poke from the chopsticks will make the juices ooze out spectacularly. So, word of advice: handle with care.

2. Dian Xiao Er

Dian Xiao Er is a name that’s no stranger to the roast duck scene. Their roast ducks are famous for the strong herbal flavours that they pack.

If you love a powerful herbaceous kick in your roast ducks as I do, their Duck Roasted with Ten Wonder Herbs (十全) 药材烤鸭 (from $18.51) is a must-try.

True to its name, the dish uses up a whopping total of 10 herbs. With calming effects and numerous other health benefits, they make the dish a truly delicious yet nourishing one.

3. Ho Fook Hei 好福气豉油鸡

Most of you might associate Ho Fook Hei 好福气豉油鸡 with soy sauce chicken. I mean, it is in their name, after all. But do you know that they offer mouthwatering roast ducks too?

This casual-dining eatery is part of the chain of Joyden-owned concepts. They specialise in serving up authentic Cantonese dishes which they prepare the traditional way.

Roast Duck 明炉烧鸭 (from S$15.90 for half a duck)

You can certainly expect their Roast Duck 明炉烧鸭 (from S$15.90 for half a duck) to be traditionally authentic, as such. Flavourful right to the bone, it’s yet another proud product of their remarkable Cantonese cooking skills and techniques.

4. Kam’s Roast

Kam’s Roast is a well-known roast meat establishment that hails all the way from Hong Kong. In fact, it was after my life-changing experience at Kam’s Roast in Hong Kong that I became a huge fan.

甘牌烧鸭 – 半只 Roast Duck – 1/2 Half ($32.27)

Their signature 甘牌烧鸭 – 全只 Roast Duck – Whole ($63.25) is perfect for any special occasion. The way the thin and sinfully oily duck skin complements the ultra-tender meat makes for such a good combination.

It’s simply a blessing that Kam’s Roast is now available islandwide. Roast duck deliveries? Check. This way, I can enjoy their premium roast meats in the comfort of my own home.

5. Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck

Imperial Treasure Super Peking Duck is part of the award-winning Imperial Treasure Restaurant Group. With numerous Michelin accolades under their belt, they’re synonymous with authentic Chinese cuisine.

北京式烤鸭 Peking Duck ($96.30)

This particular restaurant specialises in the exquisite 北京式烤鸭 Peking Duck ($147.66). The Rolls-Royce of all roast ducks, it’s a dish that was exclusive to only royalty in ancient times.

So if you’re looking to impress a special someone and their parents, you know where to get your roast duck.

6. Forbidden Duck

We’ve had duck royalty on the list and now it’s time for one from the devils.

Hong Kong-based Forbidden Duck is a Cantonese restaurant by Demon Chef Alvin Leung. And in case his infamous title isn’t clear enough already, the celebrity chef also has three Michelin Stars under his belt. So he ain’t messing around, I’ll tell you that.

鴨大哥 Forbidden Duck (from $48)

They prepare their 鴨大哥 Forbidden Duck (from $48) Peking-style and by slow-cooking it. Such a method ensures that the lean ducks they use are as tender as they can possibly get.

They also sprinkle some of Chef Leung’s demon magic to strip the duck completely of its bones before serving. I’d love to know what they do with the leftover duck bones, but I’m probably better off not finding out…

7. Duckland

Ever wondered how Irish ducks taste like? Then Duckland is the place to go! This farm-to-fork concept of TungLok Group specialises in roast duck and other duck delicacies.

Whole Roast Irish Duck ($70.40)

Their signature Whole Roast Irish Duck ($76.50) has the title of “Best Duck in the World” and you can bet they earned it for a good reason.

They marinate it with a plethora of herbs and spices to remove any hint of gaminess. You can expect the duck meat to be incredibly aromatic and super juicy, as such.

8. London Fat Duck

Continuing with Irish ducks, international brand London Fat Duck also offers these exotic and sumptuous ducks on their menu.

Signature London Roast Duck 招牌伦敦鸭 ($21.80)

Their Signature London Roast Duck 招牌伦敦鸭 ($79.80) boasts the perfect fat-to-meat ratio. Think glistening and crackly skin and melt-in-your-mouth tender duck meat, all in one bite.

It’s no wonder they call it the “Wagyu of Ducks”. Behold, a royal feast with a royal treat!

9. TungLok XiHe Peking Duck

Some say Avengers: Endgame is the greatest crossover in movie history. If that’s the case, then TungLok XiHe Peking Duck is the equivalent in the culinary world.

The concept is a collaboration between two Chinese culinary giants, TungLok and XiHe, the latter being from Beijing, China.

[smartslider3 slider=”153″]

Their specialty item is none other than the 北京烤鸭 Peking Irish Duck ($105 for whole duck). Though an ever-classic dish, they’ve elevated it by giving it their own modern interpretation.

10. Guan Chee HK Roasted Duck

Last but not the least on our list is Guan Chee Hong Kong Roasted Duck. Having started out as just a tiny little hawker stall back in 1983, they’ve come a really long way.

Their signature Charcoal Roasted Duck 炭烤烧鸭 (from $18) is the result after many years of refining the recipe. Its distinct smokey notes are what keeps customers coming back for more.

Apparently, they also use a secret sauce that the owner and resident duck connoisseur himself, Mr Chi, created. It’s no wonder they have such a loyal customer base, especially since they deliver too.

11. So Good Char Chan Tang

So Good Char Chan Tang is a modern take on the traditional char chaan teng that can be found in every nook and crook in Hong Kong. Apart from old-school Hong Kong cafe dishes, they also offer a variety of quality roast meats.

Roast Duck Rice ($8.40)

Their Roast Duck Rice 烧鸭饭 ($8.80) promises an explosion of flavours in every bite. A taste of the good ol’ days that you can’t help but get nostalgic over.

Be it family dinners, birthday celebrations or potluck parties, roast ducks are perfect for any occasion. With these 11 roast duck deliveries, you know where to have your roast duck delivered from the next time!
