The Michelin Guide has recently unveiled their highly-anticipated Michelin Bib Gourmand 2022 list! We’re thrilled to note it includes many of our valued merchants who offer island-wide delivery and reservations on Oddle Eats. 1. Anglo Indian Cafe & Bar
Located in the heart of the Central Business District, Anglo Indian Cafe & Bar features native Indian spices with homegrown cooking methods. Swing by for popular hits like Chicken Tikka Masala (from $22) for succulent chicken cubes in a flavourful tomato gravy. You can also enjoy it in a platter with 5 seasonings—regular tikka, malai tikka, hariyali, black pepper and peri peri (from $24).
Vegetarian friends will be pleased to find an impressive selection here too. The Daal Bukhara (from $16) is their Chef’s Special, offering slow-cooked black lentils in tomato puree. Prepared with devotion and tons of spices, the end result is an aromatic buttery flavour you’ll fall in love with.

2. Chen’s Mapo Tofu
Adding a twist on the authentic Szechuan classic, Chen’s Mapo Tofu has won their third entry into the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2022. Their signature Mapo Don (from $12.80) boasts quality whilst combining both Chinese and Japanese elements. Think short-grain Japanese rice draped in generous portions of their flavourful Mapo Tofu with a spicy kick.
Other hot favourites include the Dan Dan Mien (from $13.80) served either in soup or dry, and snacks like the Szechwan Popcorn Chicken (from $6.80), which will leave you craving for more.
3. Cumi Bali
A brand new addition to the Michelin Bib Gourmand list 2022, Cumi Bali delivers authentic Indonesian cuisines for family-friendly settings. Don’t miss a taste of their signature Cumi Bali char-grilled squid, drizzled in their house-made sauce. Marinated with 11 different Indonesian spices, their Nasi Kunyit is an excellent alternative to plain rice that you can pair with their wide range of savoury dishes.

4. FIELDS by Whole Earth
With an aim to elevate the appeal of plant-based cuisine to a wider audience, FIELDS by Whole Earth was established in 2003 as Singapore’s first plant-based restaurant.
A fusion of both Thai and Peranakan, flavourful dishes for your pick include their bestseller Sambal King (from $19.95) which combines a delicious mix of eggplant, ladies finger, long bean and petai bean. For a twist to the usual rendang, try their Penang Rendang (from $24.15), a delicate mix of Shiitake Mushroom marinated with home herbs and spices.
5. Hawker Chan
Household name Hawker Chan is no stranger to the Michelin Guide, returning again for 2022. His Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Roast Pork has won the hearts of many who love authentic Cantonese cuisine. They use only premium and fresh ingredients for their all dishes, including their reputable Signature Chicken Rice with Egg (Half) (from $7.20).
Suitable for gatherings, order the Hawker Chan 3 Pax Meal (from $38.80) or explore their Roasted Delight 3 Type Platter (from $16.80). You can also enjoy the platter via the Hawker Chan 4 Pax Meal (from $54.80).
6. HJH Maimunah
With a 30-year family legacy, HJH Maimunah represents the best of Indonesian and Malaysian delicacies for the Michelin Bib Gourmand 2022.
Top hits include BBQ Sundanese Chicken (2 Pcs) (from $10.50) and Lemak Siput Sedut (sea snails in spicy coconut gravy) (from $10.50). Opt for the Bundle for 4 (Land & Sea Edition) (from $40) and Bundle for 6 (Land & Sea Edition) (from $55) if you’re having family or friends over.
7. Hoo Kee Bak Chang
Hoo Kee is the only Bak Chang store in Singapore to be awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for 4 consecutive years. Their top seller, Deluxe All-In (from $6 per dumpling), is filled with house-marinated lean pork topped with roasted chestnuts, salted egg yolk and shitake mushrooms. Other classics include The Original ($4 per dumpling) and trendy flavours like Salted Egg (from $5 per dumpling).
Bak Changs are only available from Monday to Saturday, so snag them while you can.
8. Indocafé
Peranakan fans, rejoice! You can tuck dishes from Michelin Bib Gourmand 2022 awardee Indocafé from the comfort of your home.
A must-try is the INDOCAFÉ Beef Rendang (from $37.66), which features slow-cooked Wagyu Beef cheeks in their special blend of spices. Seafood lovers, try the Assam Laksa (from $14.12) starring noodles in tangy spicy fish soup, served with traditional accompaniments. The perfect comfort food on a rainy day.
9. Kok Sen Restaurant
Third-gen owners of Kok Sen Restaurant are continuing their family legacy with signatures like Claypot Yong Tau Foo (from $17.60) and Big Prawns Hor Fun (from $23.35). Suitable for all ages, Kok Sen’s variety includes seafood, frogs, prawn, pork, fish, beef, chicken, rice, noodle and soup, so there’s definitely something for everyone.
10. Muthu’s Curry
Founded in 1969, Muthu’s Curry takes pride in their South Indian version of the Fish Head Curry pioneered by their late founder Mr Ayyakkannu.
With their secret blend of spices, their award-winning Fish Head Curry comes in 3 sizes (S: $27.82, M:$32.10, L:$37.45), presenting an aromatic adventure for anyone new to Indian cuisine. 12. Tiong Bahru Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice
Originating from the popular district of Tiong Bahru Market, Tiong Bahru Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice is a long-standing hawker stall established in 1988.
Their Steamed Hainanese Chicken Rice (from $3.30) and Roast Chicken with Fragrant Rice (from $3.80) are arguably some of the best wallet-friendly dishes you can find in a hawker centre today.
